Overview
I made this when I didn’t realise I’d run out of the bought stuff in the glass jar. Hmm. Shockingly, this was better. All measurements are approximate – this is a “chuck stuff in and adjust as you go” kind of deal.

Time
5 minutes

Ingredients
50ml low fat mayonnaise
50ml cream
40ml tomato sauce
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
2 ts lemon juice
scant ½ ts cayenne pepper
3 decent shakes Tabasco sauce
pinch of umami salt and pepper to taste

Method
1 – Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

2 – Serve with seafood (prawns in particular are great) as a dipping sauce, or double the recipe to make prawn cocktails
