Oven Temperature Conversion
Use the table below to help convert temperatures between Celcius and Fahrenheit. You can also use it for gas mark conversions and when recipes use terms such as “turn oven to moderate heat.”

Fan-Forced Oven
When it comes to using a fan-forced oven, refer to the operating manual for optimal results. Generally speaking, reducing the recommending temperature by 10°C to 20°C is recommended.
